This point is located on the shoulder muscle halfway between the spin and shoulder on each side. Locate this point and apply pressure to relieve your headache.

To find this point, follow your spin to the base of your skull and then on either side, find the point that is about two inches away from your spine along the base. Gently apply pressure to this point while relaxing to relieve your headache.
